Terms of Use

1. The service

AerInvest provides investment research tools: company analysis, valuation estimates, portfolio tracking, watchlists, alerts, and AI-generated commentary. It is a research and education tool, not a broker, adviser, or trading platform — see our Disclaimer for the full scope of that limitation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at contact@aerdigital.ro if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or reverse-engineering of the service beyond what the API keys feature explicitly permits.
• No attempting to bypass rate limits, subscription gating, or access another user's data.
• No using the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.

4. Your content

Portfolio entries, watchlists, and journal entries you create remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and display them back to you as part of the service. We don't claim ownership of them or use them to train AI models.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or annually, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices displayed are the total amount charged; any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current billing period.

If you change your mind after subscribing, you can request a full refund of your most recent charge yourself from Settings → Plan, within 14 days of that charge, once per account — no need to contact support. This reflects the right of withdrawal EU consumers have on distance contracts for digital subscriptions (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014). A second refund on the same account, or a refund requested after the 14-day window, is handled case by case — contact contact@aerdigital.ro.

6. AI-generated content and accuracy

Valuations, verdicts, price ranges, and written analysis are generated by AI models and automated calculations. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You're responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it — see our Disclaimer.

7. Intellectual property

The AerInvest name, product design, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us. Market data, quotes, and third-party content displayed in the product belong to their respective providers (Financial Modeling Prep, Yahoo Finance, TradingView, and others) and are subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AerInvest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for investment losses, decisions made using the service, or data inaccuracies from third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under EU or Romanian consumer-protection law — if any part of this limitation is found unenforceable against a consumer, the rest still applies, and liability is limited to the smallest extent the law allows.

9. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Romania. If you're an EU consumer, this doesn't take away your right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence instead, or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve a dispute out of court.
